Mom Coaching
Moms often carry the weight of guilt, wondering if they could have done something differently during pregnancy. Moms feel an immense responsibility to find therapies or solutions to “fix” their child while quietly mourning the loss of what they imagined life might look like.
Through coaching, I help moms release the self-blame, process their grief, and embrace the unique beauty of their child and their journey. Together, we find a path forward that fosters healing, resilience, and renewed strength.
Having a child with special needs is rarely what dads expect. As natural problem-solvers, many struggle to grasp that this isn’t a challenge with a quick fix, it’s a lifelong marathon, not a sprint.
I help dads process feelings of overwhelm and frustration while equipping them to embrace their role in supporting their child. By offering practical guidance and a deeper connection to the journey, I help fathers shift from feeling stuck to confidently moving forward with strength and purpose.

Couples Coaching
The divorce rate for families with special needs children is alarmingly high, nearing 75%. My mission is to help couples not only survive but thrive in their marriages while raising a child who may always require their care at home.
I coach couples on effective strategies to de-escalate and resolve conflicts, even in the midst of their child’s meltdowns. Together, we work to strengthen communication, foster teamwork, and create a foundation of support that allows both partners to navigate this lifelong journey with resilience and connection.
Grandparents often notice developmental delays that parents may not yet be ready to acknowledge, creating a delicate dynamic. Extended family members, eager to help, may want to share internet research or suggest therapies they’ve heard about, but their good intentions can sometimes lead to tension or miscommunication.
Through coaching, I help grandparents and extended family navigate these challenges with empathy and understanding. Together, we create strategies for meaningful support, effective communication, and a united approach to fostering the well-being of the entire family.

Sibling Coaching
Siblings of children with special needs often grapple with complex emotions. As children, they may feel sadness or anger over the attention their sibling requires, leaving their own needs overlooked.
As adults, these emotions can transform into fear and pressure, especially when parents express expectations for them to take on future caregiving roles.
Through coaching, I help siblings process these feelings, find their voice, and develop strategies to balance their own lives with the unique dynamics of their family. Together, we foster understanding, resilience, and a sense of empowerment for their journey ahead.
